The Contract Documents shall consist of this Contract, the CONTRACTOR’s final proposal dated DATE OF PROPOSAL (Annex “A” hereof), approved plans and specifications, scope of works, schedule of works, letter of appointment, notice to proceed, terms and conditions all made as integral parts hereof, provided that all annexes and/or addendum to this Contract Documents are signed by both parties herein.
The CONTRACTOR shall make no change or alteration in the Contract Documents without the prior written approval of the PROJECT OWNER. A mere act of tolerance shall not constitute approval or ratification.
