NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1.       Employment Period – The employment commences on _______________ provided that the following pre-employment requirements have been accomplished and submitted prior to the 1^st day of work: _____________________________. Unless otherwise directed, the ordinary working hours shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour meal break.
