Download Snapchat and Bitmoji updates

You will need to download the latest Snapchat update and Bitmoji update for this to work. You can find the apps for free in the Google Play Store or iTunes. If you have automatic updates enabled, you may already have these versions.

Link your Snapchat and Bitmoji accounts

This is the step where you may run into problems. You need to open Snapchat app and go to settings.

On the iPhone, switch to the today screen. Scroll down and tap edit, then scroll down to find Snapchat. Press the plus. Then you can scroll the widgets to move them wherever you want using the little slider options on the right of the screen.

On Android, press and hold anywhere on an empty part of your screen. Tap Widgets, then find the Snapchat widget. Choose if you want to show one friend or multiple friends. Put the widget on your home screen. Tap and hold to change location.
