1. The deposit is not refundable if the
Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the Photographer fails to appear
at the place and time specified above without informing the Client at least 24
hours in advance, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.
2. Payment is accepted in the forms of
check (preferred) or credit card or PayPal; please note an additional fee of
2.9% of the transaction will be added for payments made via PayPal and 2.75%
for credit card payments. The initial 50% deposit is due before any photography
work commences, and the remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days
after the client receives and approves of final photographs. Make payments to “____.”

1. The Client shall reimburse
Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur for parking,
which is necessary to the performance of these services.
