Probationary Period
Your employment is subject to the satisfactory completion of a three month probationary period starting on the Commencement Date. During this probationary period either you or the Joint Employer may terminate your employment on one week’s written notice to be given at any time during or on the last day of the relevant probationary period without reference to the notice provisions in paragraph 9 of this Contract. If your probationary period expires without your employment being terminated your employment will continue in accordance with this Contract without written confirmation.
Title Your job
title is Nanny. Your duties include those set out in the attached job description at Appendix 1. You may from time to time be required to carry out work which is not clearly within the ambit of your job title.
