1. The deposit is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the engagement. If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above without informing the Client at least 24 hours in advance, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client.

Payment is accepted in the forms of check (preferred) or credit card or PayPal; please note an additional fee of 2.9% of the transaction will be added for payments made via PayPal and 2.75% for credit card payments. The initial 50% deposit is due before any photography work commences, and the remaining balance must be paid within 5 business days after the client receives and approves of final photographs. Example 1
The use by the Company of the Sponsor’s logo, trademarks, and tradename under the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall inure solely and exclusively to Sponsor, and the Company shall acquire no goodwill or other interest in them.  Sponsor hereby grants to the Company the restricted license to use the Sponsor’s name for purposes of identification and the promotion of specified events and activities of the Company.   Sponsor also hereby grants to the Company the restricted license to use the Sponsor’s logo associated with the name of the Sponsor to carry out the Company’s obligations under this Agreement.  The term “restricted license” hereby requires Company to obtain prior written approval by the Sponsor on any and all items for which the Sponsor’s logo, trademark, and tradename will be used.  This includes, but is not limited to, banners, promotional items, advertisements, and the like.

Example 2

  1. You may not frame, post, upload, transmit or in any way use the ESSA Logo/s or ESSA Intellectual Property, unless it is provided for in these Terms and Conditions or it is expressly authorised in writing by ESSA.
  2. You may not modify the ESSA Logo/s in any way.
5. Permitted purpose
  1. The ESSA Intellectual Property must be used solely for the purpose of:
    1. Promoting that you are a current and financial member of ESSA; (ESSA logo mark).
    2. Promoting that you are a current and financial accredited member of ESSA (Accreditation logo marks)
    Example 3
     Logo will be provided by Chamber in electronic format.  Logo may be used in black and white or color.  If color log, Member agrees to follow correct PMS color scheme (Coated PMS Gold 1255 & Blue 295 or Uncoated Gold 7405 & Blue 287 - Post 2001 Pantone Book only).  Logo must be kept at the ratio 75% of logo width for the high.  (Example: if logo is 2 inches wide then it could be 1.5 inches high.  Take the desired width size and multiply by .75 to get the correct height.)

    3.  Chamber reserves the right to approve all uses of its name and logo.  Member must provide detailed information of how logo will be used.  If used in a print advertisement, Member must provide name and date(s) of publication.  If used in a broadcast advertisement, Member must provide station call letters and flight dates of ad.  If used in a promotional advertisement, Member must provide date of promotional event and details of promotion's purpose. For website usage linking instructions will be emailed.

    4.  Member must provide Chamber with a copy of advertisement BEFORE scheduled publication or broadcast.

    5.   Primary Contact for all logo requests will be the Networking & Communications Coordinator.  A Member's use of the Chamber logo must be jointly approved by the Marketing & Communications Director and Networking & Communications Coordinator.  Upon approval, the Networking & Communications Coordinator will forward the electronic files and proper logo guidelines to the Chamber member.

    6.  Chamber reserves the right to reject requests for use of Chamber logo, name, or likeness.

    7.  All use of Chamber logo, name, and likeness must cease and desist upon non-renewal of membership.

    8.  Company acknowledges that the name and logo are the sole and separate property of the York County Chamber and any use by Company hereunder shall not give rise to any right of use or ownership except as set forth herein.
