I am writing to apply for the post of Secretary, advertised in the Malaysian Times on 24 Mei.
2. In 2009, I passed my SPM with 3As, 3Bs, 2Cs. The following year, I completed a diploma course in Secretarial Science at Kolej Utama, Petaling Jaya. I have some knowledge of computers as it was one of the subjects taught in the diploma course.
3. For the last four months, I have been working as a Secretary in a small motor firm in Pulau Pinang. The reason I am applying for this position is that I want to widen my experience by working for large company like Katsura.
I have enclosed my CV and other relevant documents. I am looking forward to a favourable response from you.
